5 stars, everything works as promised, swapped caps for Kailh Shadow Hunting Switch because the stick is so cheap. Its not metal base like the more expensive Varmilo and everything else.. you 100% watched the revews already and know what your getting. So the acrilic does "creek" makes those sounds if u bend it but nothing major, u can play on lap not going to snap it. Acrilis is also quieter than aluminimm when piano the keys doesn't have that "ting" pitched sound to it. The extra keys are super usefull and dont get in the way if not needed, always can dummy button. The key rings are raised off the base , so you cant get it flush off the acrilic even if removing the button. Firmware update is ez, software open source. Overall great stick for half the price, for pc, for ps5 ull shell out another 50$ for usb authenticaator. *compared to Hitbox and sanwa buttons the original switches are less mushy but the travel is the same, on the taller side

I've spent between $35-300 on different leverless controllers from different brands, and I can easily say this one is the best balance of quality and value. Out of the box, I would tighten all the screws to ensure nothing comes loose, but otherwise it is well built. I swapped the switches out for some with a shorter travel and quicker actuation, but the ones that come with it are perfectly serviceable. Lastly, I got a booster 4 from Haute so I can use it on PS5 in addition to the other platforms it supports.All of the extra buttons are nice if you need more bindings, the LED is nicely diffused and make the controller look great, but not blinding at night. It's a Gp2040ce board, so the web interface is easy to work with.In retrospect, I didn't need all the additional buttons, and I think the 16 button version would be more practical in many ways.Overall, I would highly recommend this over Haute/Cosmox products, and I look forward to seeing Guilekeys put out more products in the future.

Excellent leverless. The customisation is off the charts on this. Easy to use and the extra directional buttons can make playing certain characters easier on fighting games like Tekken. This is basically a well built leverless crossover but for much cheaper. You can never have too many buttons. Only 4 stars simply because there's no clear cover to remove to add your own art.

This box is sleek. It looks and feels incredible while also having the function to boot. I got this on sale, but it would be a major bang for your buck at full price too. 100% would recommend to someone getting into a leverless pad.

Excellent leverless controller that punches way above it's price point! I haven't touched my (much more expensive) Snackbox since I received this controller! I was shopping for low cost 16 button controllers and decided to go with this one and I am extremely impressed. Highly recommend!

I purchased this with the hopes of it becoming my new controller, but can't even use it. You have to update it out of the box or it won't work, which I wouldn't mind if it would actually update like it's supposed to. Numerous hours wasted, money wasted, for an absolute waste of technology. Tried downloading the flash_nuke file and the GP2040 file. Wouldn't do either, claiming that the thing wasn't plugged into my pc. Tried it a friend's pc, same issue. Attempted contact with Guilekeys themselves, no response. Absolute waste of time and I'm not sure how they're still in business. Shame, too, because I wanted to experiment with a 21 button controller. Don't waste your time. I'd give it zero stars, if possible, but Amazon won't let me.

The gk-21 is the best quality-price leverless control. In its price range, along with the number of buttons to obtain great configurations, it is the right one to get you started in the world of leverless controllers. Great job by GuileKeys.
