This is a great pillow for using when you have low back pain and need extra support. I only use it when I'm needing extra support for low back pain. It is kind of large and takes up a decent amount of space in your bed but it is very comfortable and supportive and fits your legs just right to take the pressure off your low back when sleeping at night. I have even used this on the couch as a back support for my upper back/head to lay on when reading so it's a multi-use pillow if you get creative. I was hesitant at first to buy this because of the cost but I'm glad I did because it has helped support my back when I have low back pain. It is the right amount of firmness and support for me and I would recommend this.

I am 5' 11" with a 32" pants inseam. I am also a Physician Assistant with many years experience in Orthopedics. In 2013 I had 5 back surgeries all within 10 months. It was a long haul to improvement but now I have about 95% of my function compared to 10 years ago. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, I will never climb a mountain again. My major problem now is severe pain for the first 5 minutes after getting out of bed. Another problems is that I cannot stand still for long periods of time (3 minutes or more) without doing stretches (which are only minimally helpful) because I have to keep stretching every minute or so. Last week I bought a large wide "The Angle" support pillow. When I woke up after my first night I can absolutely and unequivocally say that I have absolutely no morning back pain since I began using The Angle. Also both my daytime pains and my standing aches have decreased. One thing that many people do not mention is that there are many, many causes of back pain. The cause in my case is very obvious. Due to the pathology, I would assume that there would be benefit with The Angle for people with muscular, ligament and tendon causes of back pain as long as you get the proper size of The Angle. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to get the correct size. I wish the sizing graphic in this ad would also tell the height from the bed to the peak and one end to the other end of the pillow.. I don't know about the benefit for people with herniated disks, pinched nerves, spinal stenosis etc. Each case is different. These people should ask their Doctor/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner regarding the use of The Angle. I personally am extremely happy with my purchase of The Angle.

The pillow offers good support but it is quite large if you plan to use it for your knees. It’s nice that is has a soft cover that can be removed for washing. The very large pillow comes shrink wrapped in a small roll in plastic which must be cut completely apart in order to get the pillow out. IF IT DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU, THEY REQUIRE THAT IT BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE.

I sleep on a wedge due to issues with gerd and have thought about buying one to keep my legs elevated because swells due an accident but just never did. I am glad I didn’t because I wouldn’t have bought this one since it doesn’t keep your legs raised. Having pins in my pelvis and issues with the bone alignment from the waste down, I normally live in constant pain. I didn’t know what I did to my back when it started hurting but none of the normal things helped. Not even my narcotic pain relievers. I got muscle relaxers, nothing. I am stupidly hard headed and had an appt with my pain management dr in a couple of weeks and a back brace had made it livable. Next thing I know I am standing at the sink at felt something move in my back. I had been looking at these products for a while and read a lot of good things about this one. I can’t even begin to tell you how much less pressure I felt on my back immediately. I tend to toss and turn all night but I have only woken up to find I had kicked it out of the way once. A few time I have woken up to a leg almost falling off but that is because both of my cats hat is because it messed up their sleep spot lol. I swear by this pillow! Quick hint...if you have cats it is going to disturb buy them a marshmallow bed and they will forgive you🤣

The only foam product I've bought that didn't have an offensive smell. Strong smelling foam products also irritate skin until they off-gas. The large is good for a 6' person. When using the pillow under my knees my heels will gently rest on the mattress.

Nice firm foam and good quality cover, BUT it’s only usable if you get the right size and, despite following their sizing chart and getting a Large for my 5’ 10” height, it is clearly too large for my legs. I would guess the Medium would work way better for me. However, it’s not really practical to try to return it - it is now expanded to full size and wouldn’t fit back in the box it came in. I advise any other bad back sufferers to order a size smaller than their chart or, better still, the seller could publish a more specific guide with recommended thigh measurements matched to the specific pillow measurements.

Today is June 30, 2022, my wife and I received two of these items on June 20, 2022. My wife wanted one for comfort and I wanted one as I recovered from a spine procedure. To our disappointment, after only 10 days of using these at bedtime and throughout the night, it is already losing its firmness where our legs rest at the peak of the unit. As you can clearly see by the picture you can tell where I rest my legs at night. If this is how it looks after 10 days what will it look like in a month or longer? It needs to maintain its height to be most effective. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and would not recommend it.
