Worth a try
I think these iron supplements are worth trying for the price. I didn’t experience any side effects, which is a plus, but I also can’t say I noticed a major difference in my energy levels; though I only used them for a month. The taste is quite sweet, but at least it doesn’t have that unpleasant metallic flavor that some iron supplements have. It’s a good option for those who can’t swallow pills, including children, but be mindful of the sugar content. No noticeable smell, which is nice. Overall, a decent over-the-counter option!

Crap. Tastes like my daughter’s lip stain make up stuff. Horrible craps from it. And stomach pain. And of course they won’t refund me.

Easy to take
This tastes good and is an easy way to get in your iron. It also has vitamin C which helps absorb iron. I take a lot of supplements and minerals and so having a few that are liquid breaks up having to take so many pills. Place under tongur for 30 seconds before swallowing for better absorption.
