Replaced my 12 year old kitchen sink monobloc mixer tap with this one. The Delle Rosa comes with 60cm connection hoses for hot and cold supply, so no extras to buy for fitting. The mixer hose has a return weight attached so the hose so it self returns when it is pulled out from the faucet. This means there are effectively 4 hoses passing through the clamping screw fitting where it attaches to the sink top, so space below the sink is required in order for the mixer hose to move up and down when pulled from above. The fitting of the Delle Rosa was straight forward enough, provided there is space to work, in order to fit the supply hoses. Pleased with the chromed finish, and looking very nice.

My first tap was faulty with a leaking control valve. After notifying the company a replacement tap was sent very quickly and the faulty one returned. The second tap is now installed and is working effectively and it looks really good. The spray facility works well. The only reason this report doesn’t deserve a 5-star recommendation is because it was really fiddly getting the large fixing nut over the pipe work to secure the tap to the sink. We eventually managed it after a lot of cursing and jiggling under the whilst lying under the sink,

5*product, great value for money and looks great. However it only works on high pressure water systems, so unfortunately wasn't suitable for my application. However, customer services were exceptional!! Having sent an email, I received an instant response and a replacement was sent, just in case there was a fault with the original one. I had the 2nd one fitted, but the fault remained. I then sent another email and received a refund within 24 hours, BEFORE I had even sent them back!! WHAT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES. I cannot praise this company highly enough,, the communications and customer support is 2nd to none, thank you Shophy x

The tap looks really good, however I have two issues. Cold water is really slow due to small cold water pipe inside the tap and the tap feels quite flimsy. Our builder fitted the tap and said it was quite complicated to fit, he also couldn’t tighten the base to make it more sturdy. May change stars depending on how long it lasts (it has only been just over a month)

This is one of the best taps I've ever used or seen in a home kitchen.We use the extension function and the spray function every single day. I cannot imagine going back to a normal tap again, I will definitely install one in my next house.The spray function broke, we messaged the seller and they sent us one free of charge. Excellent customer service and great value for money.

I must say I really like this tap. Not only does it look nice but because of its height it is unlikely to get knocked and chipped by pots and pans like our previous taps. I was concerned that the spray head is plastic which might be more easily damaged than the rest of the metal section but I am assured by other owners that this is not the case. The spray head has a rocker switch which is used to change from normal water flow to spray. I have found that to change from spray back to normal flow the rocker switch has to be pushed in very hard or water drips down from the spray holes. Overall I am very pleased with this tap.

So disappointed with this tap. Water pressure since fitting it is woeful. Also, the water temps do not mix apart from one position (and you have to be really lucky/patient to find that) and even then it just provides luke warm water. Really wish that I had read the reviews fully as quite a few have mentioned the lack of pressure. We have tried to bear with it but the whole family hate it so looks like a replacement is imminent.
