My only gripe is that the instructions were mixed in with some other information, so it took a minute to figure out exactly what to do — separating that out would make the process smoother.Overall, this is a solid option if you want to get some quick peace of mind about your stomach health without an awkward trip to the doctor’s office. From there, it’s just a matter of waiting 10–15 minutes for the results to show. There’s a control line to confirm the test is valid, and a second line if the result is positive. It’s visually easy to read, and there was no ambiguity in our case.The result we got was positive, and we had it confirmed with a urea breath test at our doctor’s office a few days later. So in terms of accuracy, this one held up. I wouldn’t rely on it in place of seeing a doctor, but as a first step to point us in the right direction, it did exactly what I hoped it would.

If you can do a covid test, you can probably figure this one out too.I felt the instructions were not very clear or easy to read, especially when it mentions collection of a liquid when the test is for stool. Anyway, that aside, if you reread them a few times you figure out that you are supposed to prod the stick in your sample multiple times to collect it, then stick it in the testing solution and mix. From here on out, it really is the same as doing a covid test.I believe this is a good product and can save a trip to the doctor or lab, but I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer.

I had some concerns that I may have had an H. Pylori infection. This item is 4 tests in 4 separate boxes. I've never done a stool test before and was pretty apprehensive about the grossness factor. It wasn't as difficult or as gross as I expected. I made sure to wear gloves though. The test vial has a stick built into the lid. You stab the stool with the stick in different spots a few times and then screw the cap back onto the vial. Shake it up for a bit, let it sit, and then put a few drops onto the plastic test cartridge.The test came up negative for me. I have nothing to confirm it with since my doctor doesn't think I need lab testing at this time. While there are possibilities of false negatives, it did give me some peace of mind for my health anxiety.

This kit misses some key things in my honest opinion. The tubes with the solution need to be marked with a minimum and maximum fill line to indicate you put enough stool sample in the bottle to not under do it or over do it. The directions are pretty easy to understand. They also need to include a biohazard bag so that you can safely dispose of the used items afterwards. Maybe some universal fitting gloves too would be nice in the box. With those suggestions, this would be a better product. There’s no way for me to test the accuracy of the product unless I can get a test done right now with my dr’s lab order for an H.Pylori test to compare.

Well this test is probably accurate it's not really intended for home use. The instructions were written at the lab level, and steps were not included in the instructions that would have been obvious if we were laboratory people.I really can't recommend this kit despite being cheap unless you can assume correctly how to use it via some training or other level of research.
