Surprisingly Good and very “pasta” like.
Very sturdy, with a good mouth feel or “chew” very much like regular pasta. These noodles quickly take up the flavours and tastes of the dishes they are used in. One caution when eating Konjac flour pasta. It is EXTREMELY hydrophilic. It absorbs water very well and if you don’t drink a sufficient amount of water or other liquids with these noodles, both during and after your meal, it can cause some problems with bowel blockages. Not a huge problem with a normal portion but if you eat them regularly, ensure you are drinking plenty of water or other liquids.

Great for NOT adding calories to meals... Easy to use...
They're high in fiber and practically have no calories whatsoever. So these are a great way of adding bulk to a skimpy meal so that you're not starving after eating. These noodles don't have any taste so you can get creative and use them with practically anything at all. I prefer adding them to cooked fresh or frozen veggies and a smaller than usual portion of leftover meat like grilled chicken, steak, or pork tenderloin. The angel hair is especially nice when added to soups. I like them so much I bought 4 more boxes right away.

Good choice.
VERY different consistency from regular pasta, but the health value is worth it for me. Definitely more “chewy” than typical pasta. No real discernible taste by me. Neutral - just supports the sauce taste - no other influence. Just a texture surprise.

Very Versatile, best Konjac Angel Hair I've ever eaten!!
These are delicious! No smell like other brands, reminds me off ramen!! It absorbs the flavor of whatever sauce is used, and is also delicious cooked on a Blackstone for a minute, makes a great stir-fry. .This is a very versatile noodle. Highly recommend!

Satisfying my pasta crave without the carbs
Some of my family members don't like the texture. I love them because they are the best way to satisfy my pasta craving without the extra carbs. I've found that if I drain all the liquid off initially and cook them for a few minutes to help them dry, then let them cook for a little while in whatever sauce I'm going to use, they taste more like they were meant to be in the dish. It's so easy to grab a package of these noodles and make sesame noodles and vegetables. The texture reminds me of glass noodles, if you've ever tried those.

Danger! Be aware of problems associated with this product.
Giving this product one star (the lowest possible on this rating system) seems completely inaccurate. On January 15 I ate this product. On January 16 I had emergency surgery for a ruptured esophagus caused by vomiting caused by a bowel obstruction. The cause of the bowel obstruction was these noodles. After nine weeks in the hospital and nursing home, I am home recovering my strength. My surgeon told me he researched problems caused by eating konjac noodles and found evidence of other serious issues and the fact that konjac noodles are banned in some countries. Why is there no warning on the package of the potential for harm from eating this product? Asking for a refund seems ridiculous in light of the medical costs associated with my eating this product (about $200,000 so far).

Decent Low-Carb Alternative, But Not for Me
I decided to try these konjac shirataki noodles since I’m on a low-carb diet and needed some variety in my meals. The portion size is great, one packet is more than enough for two servings. I also like that they’re low-calorie, sugar-free, and keto-friendly, which makes them a good alternative for pasta lovers looking to cut carbs. That said, the texture is definitely interesting, it doesn’t taste or feel anything like traditional pasta. It’s clear, has no flavor, and absolutely needs seasoning or sauce to make it enjoyable. I did my best to dress it up with flavors, and while it helped a little, I just couldn’t get past the texture.I finished the box of 6 packs, but I probably wouldn’t buy them again. If you’re used to shirataki noodles or don’t mind the texture, they’re a great low-carb option. But if you’re expecting anything close to real pasta, this might not be for you!

This spagetti is a great option!
I've been on keto for more than 5 years. I haven't missed pasta, but I got tired of having green beens in my meatball sauce with cheese lunches. I rinsed these in cold water, boiled them for 3 minutes, then dry fried them in a non-stick skillet until the steaming almost stopped. I added a little pasta sauce to coat the noodles then added my meatballs in sauce with cheese. it was great! Not pasta but I will buy this again!
