Excellent service and product and quality good delivery

This CFL is rated at 13W of brightness, which is suitable for certain areas which it does not require lots of light. The CFL also comes with an internal starter switch making it more user friendly. However the light colour rendering index is quite poor, which is not suitable for certain applications such as photography.

I have ordered three lots of these and in every delivery at least one bulb was broken plus they don’t seem to last very long so I am not overjoyed with them

Pack of 5 was an economical way to buy, especially as my daughter needed 2 lights replacing, and a 3rd in her bathroom is flickering. 13v means economical use and cool white is bright and suitable for a kitchen, but not for a lounge. I would have gone for LED equivalent, but just one was almost the price of these 5!

One bulb was broken in the pack of five, not such a good price when you take this into account.

6 bulbs that fit a 2 pin PLC connector. I tested 1 and it worked but couldn't really keep it in place since the fitting I have says 'Max 10w' making these redundant for what I wanted. I know I should have checked but who would have thought a table lamp would be restricted to 10w?

Exactly the size i needed. The description matched the product

I needed to renew 2 bulbs. fitted 2, one lasted about 20 minutes so had to be replaced. Tis was about a week or so ago. Both still working. Hopefull I have now got 2 that work, and 2 spares
