Round Folding Fence Border Color: White

This ORIGIN POINT GARD'N BORDER FOLDING FENCE (32" high x 10' long) is a decorative, lightweight metal fence that's easy to set up in your yard or garden. You can use it to surround a flower bed, alongside a pathway (to keep visitors on the straight and narrow), or in many other places. Just don't make my mistake: 32" is the height of the fence, not the length of each folding section.My fence--just a single section of it--is set up next to the sidewalk that leads to my front door. It prevents an entrance gate from swinging back too far and crushing the flowers in the bed beside the gate. For this purpose, the 32" height is okay, but if I had understood the product description, I would have purchased the 24" high fence instead (see "Origin Point 052410 Gard'n Border Round Folding Fence, White, 24-Inch x 10-Feet").These folding fences can easily be shortened, using only a flat screwdriver (to pry with) and pliers. They're intended to hook together into a circle, but you can buy two or more units and hook them together in straight lines, squares, or circles. The metal is about as thick and strong as a wire coat hanger, so all you need is a hack saw for removing unwanted connector extensions. The prongs that hold the fence upright go easily into the ground. Just bear in mind that this fence is mostly decorative, and it can easily be bent or knocked over by children or large pets.

Purchased this to replace a similar fence that I purchased from Lowe's several years ago that was beginning to show rust spots. Lowe's and Home Depot/Lowe's had similar fence, but could only get in in white online from this company through Amazon. I use it along a small wall which is about 2 feet high from the water level to keep the geese from coming out of the lake and pooping all over the lawn. Its nothing special quality wise, but it does its job in that respect. My only complaint was the packaging. It was wrapped and then re-wrapped in tiny size bubble wrap and then that was wrapped multiple times in a clear tape. 45 minutes to get the wrapping off 3 packages of fencing! Who ever wrapped this must have been a follower of the Marquis de Sade. There was absolutely no easy way to get the packaging off without cutting and slicing through the multiple layers which were also wound round the small wire spokes that go into the ground. And then you have to be careful not to cut into the vinyl layer of the fencing. Will never again order this online. Next time I'll settle on black fencing from Home Depot or Lowes's.

It's decent fencing, a little flimsy but looks good. My problem is that you get a nice little surprise when you unfold the fencing. There is a huge gap between sections. Enough for my chickens to walk right through. So you have to cover up that section if you're using the fencing to keep small dogs or small animals out of your garden. What I ended up doing was using pliers to open up the sections and make them smaller to cover the hole. Obviously then the fencing is no longer 32 x 10 feet, more like 32 x 8 feet.If you're just using this for decoration and not to keep small animals out of your garden it's fine but if not then be prepared to cover up the gaping opening between sections. I think this should be told to customers before they buy but apparently many companies that sell this kind of product are doing the same thing. I checked out Lowe's and they have almost the exact same fencing and it too has a gaping opening between sections. Be aware of this before you buy!!

Purchased 14 packs of this fencing in the 32" height to keep my dogs out of the flower beds. I have bigger lab mixes and they can squeeze through the largest of the gaps where two sets are connected but it only took doing it once in front of me for them to get the point. Now it's been a couple of months and plants I thought were dead have perked back up. Total height is roughly 24" once installed, which was extremely easy.

Not bad if you want a cheap alternative to nice fencing around a garden or other area. I'm hoping it will keep the dogs out. More of a deterrent than anything else.My only real gripe: I ordered 3 of them and 2 were perfect, in new packaging, bubble wrapped, no issues. However, the 3rd was unwrapped, bent, and looked like it had been used before. Rather disappointed in that one.

If you order this be prepared for HUGE gaps in the fence. I bought this hoping to block off a small part of my yard from the dogs, but even the bigger one (40lbs) could fit right through. I used wire cutters and pliers to adjust the fence and lessen the gaps and now it works fine.

This is the perfect fence to protect our front yard flower beds which the mail carrier can't seem stay out of unless it's fenced off. It's tall enough that most people won't step over it, looks nice, is easily moved when needed for trimming grass or whatever. It's not fantastically heavy-duty but it doesn't need to be for my uses. I have some white in front, some green in back where it blends with the pines (there it's to keep the short space-invaders out...) Good fence for light duty uses.

This worked fine. I had originally purchased it to keep my dog off of the new grass, but he just slipped right through the gaps in the fence. So, we had it up for a few days and then trashed it.
