This is a great help when cleaning windows and the company is outstanding. I was having trouble with the unit and contacted Tosima. I’ve never worked with a company so professional and willing to correct the problem. I purchased another Tosima which was much better and cheaper. I would recommend the Tosima window cleaning machine and the company that backs their products. Just can’t say enough about the window cleaner and company. It’s well worth the price

This is a good option. I tried two other manufacturers models and this is the best of the three.Good option. Why?--Consistently sticks to it’s pattern-Handles arches well-Handles narrow edges on windows extremely well and self-recovers as necessary-Cleans the windows-Less expensive than the other two models I triedWhat could be better?-Pads do leave some lint which drives me nuts because I have to wipe the lint off fast before it dries (the other two options did the same). This is still better than cleaning the windows without the robot.-Squirts a little too much water but the spray can be turned on/off with the remote.Neutral comments-Other robots have several patterns this has one. No big deal for me.

This was an upgrade for me and it was a great choice. The Robot can now spray water as it cleans which is different from the Robot of years ago. The suction is also much stronger making it more reliable and the company sends it with every item needed for the robot including batteries. Most importantly the Company stands by its 2 year warranty if there are any issues.

Works very well! Little heavy. Does a good clean on windows except the corners. But I can understand that, hard to clean a square with a round object.

Lo he utilizado tres veces desde q lo recibí y la verdad no deja los vidrios tan limpios como pensaba. Hay que pasarlo dos veces y queda marcada la mopa (círculo). Otra cosa negativa es q se puede usar solo enchufado por lo que vi (pensé q era inalámbrico) y eso dificulta la tarea, el cable q se engancha etc por lo cual cuando limpias tenes q estar ahí al lado mirándolo. Seguiré probando si puedo mejorar

My daughter bought one and was just blown away about how great it worked. We just purchased a house that has a lot of windows and I have a slobbery hound dog so I was really gonna put it to the test. I cannot say enough great things about this item. It’s funny because now I almost want my windows to get dirty just so that I can use it.If I did have to say one negative thing about it which it’s really not negative is that it does work very quickly. The first couple of windows that I used it on, I walked away to go do something else and came back and it was already finished and the windows looked amazing.

It worked on 5 or 6 windows, then it lost it's mapping and would stop randomly without cleaning the entire window. There is no customer support number so I couldn't do anything but return it. I gave it two stars instead of 1 because it really cleaned great!
