Son is so happy with his hoverboard and cart. Chunky wheels are great for outdoors.

Bought for my son’s birthday. Had an initial issue but that got resolved very quickly and acceptably. Issue was two separate deliveries and the first was the cart and I started to wonder where the Hoverboard was. Here’s the conversation with the seller;Thank you and yes this has just arrived. Might be worth noting this on Amazon for future customers as yesterday I was feeling this was some scam. I tried to see if there was any indication about the separate delivery and didn’t find anything. It’s my son’s birthday present so no doubt we will try it over the coming week and leave feedback. Thanks for getting back to me and reassuring me.As for the product it is really good and solid. Son loves it. Key point to note is that when using with the kart, you get somewhere between 5-15 mins use because of the speed it picks up. Longer as a solo hoverboard as the speed is more controlled.I think the seller should add something on this just in preparation. Shouldn’t be seen as a negative as these are battery operated and like anything, the heavier you use it the more power it will need and therefore run the battery down. Just a good point to know as otherwise you’re left feeling this is not a good buy.

At first the hoverboard was great. My son had a lot of fun with it. Unfortunately, it broke after about a week of use. Ok, that can happen. Requested a refund by Amazon and it was immediately approved by Zankun - the Marketplace seller. Sent the hoverboard incl go-kart back and they assured me that I will receive a full refund.

Battery rubbish can not find a app that connects to it to check how it's doing

I had the product a month and a half. It just stopped working! My son is devastated!They won’t return as it’s just out of the month window! Don’t buy, waste of money!
