this is my 3rd camera...so im hoping it will be my last! just got it this week and the picture quality has been above my expectations (i have tested in day/night/torrential down pour )customer service has been great so far , emailing me before i even got my product explaining to me how best to use it and to avoid start up issuesif it breaks in a month like my last 2 ill make sure to update...for now, i'm happy

Takes acceptable video. Night capture is very good. Problems are extremely difficult to understand instructions (they need a writer who can speak/write English that works for customers), there is no customer service from the manufacturer available, no reference to a suitable player for the coded signal. I used every player available in Windows 7 and downloaded 3 different players from the net. Not a one of them could touch it. I even used a recommended Samsung class 10 card for this camera. Too bad I have to return it.

Working well so far with a Samsung EVO class-10 card. Good video quality, easy to upgrade the firmware. My only gripe is that the pictures show the 3M adhesive mount, but in the box was a suction cup quick release mount (listed in the item details), so be aware of that in case you prefer the smaller mount.

Love this camera no problem to date much better than my mini 0801. The only minor problem is I wish it could be a little smaller like the mini 0801.

The Vicovation Marcus 1 does what it claims to do. However, the sensitivity of its impact detection, that saves a record 30 seconds before and after an impact, is way to sensitive. It has three different settings but even on the least sensitive any bump in the road will cause the Marcus 1 to record.
