This is a well working amazing supplement. Since taking it I feel great. Great value. I've been on it about 2 month my skin has cleared dramatically.

Even just after 4 days I am seeing a difference. My skin is softer and I have more energy and just feel better all around.

Wow. My body can’t digest nutrients normally but these definitely make a positive difference. Mt bloodwork came out phenomenal and I honestly feel good. Encourages me to try harder with my eating habits. Would order again.

I really like these capsules as they help curb my sugar cravings. I also feel as if I have more energy.

I’ve had other L-Glutamine in the past which helps my gut. The day I switched to this one things started to shift. Not entirely sure I can blame it on the supplement, but I know it’s not worth the risk to continue to take it. I’ll be choosing another brand instead. I have Celiac and a sensitive gut. Not reactive enough to be gluten, but I sometimes react to lectins from things like pea protein so I wonder what their “plant based” glutamine source is?
