Worked great! Much heavier than I expected.
This works quite well. At first I was worried that it would be too difficult to control. But that wasn't the case at all. Its first test drill 4 holes in 1/4" aluminum. NO PROBLEM! The tool is a lot heavier than I expected and I was able to secure a 5/8" drill bit in it. I'm not sure this is a tool for commercial or every day use. But for casual use, it's fine.

Robust metal parts, higher quality than I expected.
Impressive quality for the price. Used it to drill holes for wiring there would be no way to fit a regular drill into, and also had no issue doing 1/2" holes in floor joists. I hoped it to be "good enough" to drill 5-6 holes I critically needed before it exploded and it became trash, but it actually seems well built and something that will last years of use.

Works well but needs to get grease and readjust
This tool was vibrating a bit much at the beginning, so I open it up and found it did not have enough grease on the gears (and probably not the proper grease either). I put multipurpose gear grease generously and when assembling it back, ensuring proper play between the two gears. These two tasks improved the functionality of this tool. I made after that quite a few holes of different sized using it.

Saved me
Saved me and allowed me to drill out rear valve cover holes and rear oil rail holes on my 6.0. Bought 4 different kinds and this was the only one with enough clearance.

Versatile and effective
This isn't something most folk are going to need or use every day. It's one of those tools you want and likely need for tge odd jobs. This not only saved me time, but saved the day for repairing/replacing parts of my deck stairs. New builds are one thing. Repairing old/existing structures are a whole other world without the freedom of movement or access once the completed structure blocks access to much of interior of the original build. I highly recommend.

Great Tool but Dead in 3 Years
I use this right angle drill attachment for detailing cars. My big buffer is my trusty Porter Cable random orbital. For small areas and tight spots, I use this attachment hooked up to my cordless drill with a 3 inch backing plate and 3 inch pads (sold here on Amazon). This attachment is great because of the adjustable chuck to torque down the backing plate plus the attached red handle for comfortable handling and control. I used this tool maybe 7 times over a 3-year period until it died. The gears bound up and the drill would not turn anymore. I would have liked to have seen greater life out of the tool since it was only used occasionally. When searching for a replacement, I tried to find another brand but there simply was nothing comparable. I liked this tool with the handle so I just ordered another one exactly like it. It’s only $20 but I hope the newer one lasts longer.

Tool Box Must
This is a very useful product to keep with your drill. You would not imagine how much it will be used. Also you don't specifically search for hex screwdriver type drill bit. This chuck accepts all types of bits.

Failed to perform on its first use...
I used this right angle drill adapter and it broke on its first use. A screw fell out from inside the chuck/bit holder. I did attempt to reinstall the screw but it would not screw back in. I had to return it to Amazon for a refund. I was very disappointed in the durability of this product and would not recommend it.

"Mini Drill"
At first glance in packaging it's and solid piece of purchase. Chuck is decent and looks like a long service can be obtained with regular maintenance.

Every handyman must have it.
It's useful in tight spaces, durable good quality. Only one thing at first is open it and add grease in all gears for quiet and smooth operation.

Not tradesman quality but OK for occasional odd jobs.
Good product, better than some of the others on offer, though it's not super high quality as you would expect at this price. Still, if treated with care it should be fine for most jobs. Like some other reviewers, I wasn't particularly impressed with the mechanical noise when turning the drive initially. This is easily solved by taking the unit apart, which is just a half dozen or so screws, and giving the gears and shafts a good grease with some good quality grease - there is some in there from new, but it doesn't look that good and there's not a lot of it. Spending a little time greasing this unti will keep the noise down and ensure it lasts a bit longer.
