I thought the product didn't work but the seller was able to help me out so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. Seller told me you have to hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds for the product to turn on. I find it strange how that works but at least it's working now. Thank you

I would not recommend - as soon as i opened the box a horrible chemical could be smelled so I left it out of the packaging for a couple days to see if it would go away, nope. I washed it with antibacterial soap 3 times and still smelled awful. I did some research and this is due to “outgassing” and the use of Phthalates to make the rubber softer. It’s actually really not good for you. Thankfully i was able to do a return less refund and this little bugger is straight to the trash.

It effectively gets the job done. The only drawback is that turning it on can be challenging, interrupting your flow when you need to stop to get it to work. The buttons may be confusing and make some noise. It would be nice if it were less noisy, but it performs excellently once it's up and running.
