I will start by saying that I didn't use this exactly like it was intended. I used it to enclose a 3 sided patio. The patio was a little too wide for the tarp. The top Velcro worked just fine, but the sides didn't quite reach, so I ran Velcro strips from the wall over to the tarp. It held it just fine, until the wind picked up. The problem comes from the magnetic "strip" in the middle. When the wind picks up, the magnets aren't strong enough to hold the two pieces together, and so the strip separates, and then the sides of the tarp start flapping around, and that would end up ripping the tarp off of the Velcro strips. Granted, if I had the size right, and could have secured the tarp better, the effect wouldn't have been as bad, but it still would have had the same issue, just less pronounced. If you live in area with little wind, this could be great, but if you live in a windy area like I do, this probably isn't the product for you.
