I really like this ear wax removal tool and would definitely buy it again. It’s pretty straightforward and easy to use, and the camera quality is excellent, which makes the process much easier and more effective.That said, I can’t stress enough how important it is to read the directions carefully and be very cautious with how far you insert it into your ear. It’s easy to go too deep if you’re not paying attention, so take your time and be gentle.Also, make sure the device is fully charged before use and double-check that the rubber tip is securely screwed on each time before inserting it into your ear. The rubber tip fits snugly onto the camera and stays in place well when properly secured.Overall, it’s a well-designed, high-quality tool, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. Just use with care, and you’ll be happy with the results. I would purchase it again and recommend it to others—with a reminder to always be cautious during use.

It's easy to use and portable. Cleaning my ears are easy and great to do. The design is easy to use. Great product, great quality.

Can't beat it for the price. Great picture. App is simple enough to use but it's wifi not bluetooth so you need to unhook the internet and join a WiFi network created by the scope. One issue - there's a weird long metal scoop, frankly dangerous and covered with a flimsy plastic cover that gets in the way of the camera. Trust me you aren't going to be scooping anything with this gizmo. The metal scoop unscrews but that leaves rough threads on the end that can cut your ear canal. But if you unscrew the scoop and wrap the end with some plumbers tape you have a super budget otoscope. Oh and the extra "tools" are completely worthless. Minus 1 star for the strange scoop.

Some say that this product fails after a few months. I say, even if it does, I've already gotten my $14 out of it. 65 years of wanting to look through an otoscope but, you can't look through your own ears. Well now you can! And I have just removed an amount of wax that I haven't seen since a doctor told me that my ears were, "packed", 1985ish. It takes some practice with lef-to-right and one must be careful, but the image is very clear. What a device! The instructions to connect it to wi-fi are confusing and minimal but it does connect and saving shots for dinner conversation are as easy as a single push of a button. There are ZERO instructions on how to use it, probably for legal reasons. But, it works.I am currently devising other uses for it. You can't look inside very far, but you can now look inside. Here, kitty, kitty!

Camera works well. A little hard to navigate the tool and it doesn't grab as much as I'd like it to. I'm sure it's better for your ears than a qtip but much more time consuming and definitely not as easy.
