We like to get an ornament from everywhere we travel, but we've found that some ornaments come with gaudy ribbons that we need to replace and that keychains sometimes make cuter & cheaper ornaments than what are actually sold as ornaments. We used this gold string this past year to finally convert all the keychains we'd accumulated into ornaments and to replace some of the gaudy ribbons. It works perfectly, as expected. The pretty gold looks perfect on the Christmas tree, and the material is that kind that bounces flexibly like elastic, which is perfect for ornaments.

I made my own Christmas ornaments to sell at a craft fair. I bought this cord to hang them and it worked great.It is not only durable but it is shiny and makes the ornaments look elegant.I used it to make many ornaments and still have plenty left for next year.Great cord for the value. I can see this cord having many other uses as well !!

Gold Cord too thin for what I needed. Difficult to handle.

I used these strings as part of a wedding favor they worked perfectly and are very sturdy.

Happy with gold string, good quality. The only slight problem is that it gets tangled up when trying to undo. If it only was wrapped around a cardboard cylinder the way the treads are wrapped I think it would be helpful. But I m happy with purchase. Thank you

I have no complaints about the quality of the string itself (which is strong and shiny, as I had hoped, and good for the craft project in mind), but why oh why did it not come on a spool? It comes in a longish loop tied together at two places. So far so ok. But as soon as the end strings are loosened and I try to unwind a bit to use, the whole thing ends up in a morass of knots and there is no way to keep the loops separated. Surely a spool would have saved much time and headache!

The string was utilized for a angel gift giving tree, I ordered two packs not realizing that I only needed one. It was so much string, I even have enough for next year. The string arrived on time and quality is superb.

Should come on a spool. Once I took it out of the packaging it immediately became a big knot. Not worth the time
