They come compressed so we sit them on our patio for 24 hours to let them expand. Then we wash them with Downey fabric softener and then put in the dryer with bounce and a tennis ball. They come out beautifully fluffy. Good value for the money. They work for both side sleeping and back sleeping.

Flatter than I anticipated, but the material feels durable. Despite the initial surprise at their flatness, it is comfortable, although I believe these pillows would be especially suited for side or stomach sleepers.

They never get flat, if they do you just have to fluff them up and they’re back to normal. Great pillows, bought them on sale for $20 and they are super comfortable.

Pillows are very thin, flat and flimsy. The filling seems soft but there's not much of it. I have to fold or bunch it up to use it comfortably. Maybe it would be good as a decorative sham pillow, but definitely not for sleeping on.

It is nice, soft and cozy. They are thick but once you put your head on the pillow they adjust according to your head. It has enough cotton inside tu make it comfortable. But they are very pricy.

I liked the support and loft I got from sleeping with this pillow. I am a side sleeper and I needed a pillow with less firmness so my neck and shoulder doesn't hurt when I wake up in the morning. I bought this pillow to use in our Class C RV on our Queen bed. The pillows worked out great and I was able to sleep through the night comfortably and the cost for both pillows was reasonable.

Hot hot pillow. woke up perspiring... kept trying to give this one more chance but alas, was like sleeping on a heating pad..The pillow fabric itself actually got hot..Pillow was no different than a hundred pillows I have purchased. Not supportive of my head, rather firm, not fluffy and scrunchable, center goes flat on any weight, definitely not the type of pillows I have experienced in hotels! I was so disappointed. I could have purchased a similar and bit better pillow at Costco I found too late. My pursuit of the pillow just like the ones at Hyatt and Hampton go on. Maybe I will ask if I can purchase two directly from the hotel.
