Total price gouging
No transfer switch and several thousand dollars more expensive than same model by other sellers. Now unresponsive to return refund requests.

Damaged front panel
I was disappointed to receive my generator with a significant dent on the front panel. When I contacted Amazon customer service about the damage, they were unable to resolve the issue and directed me to contact Generac directly. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response from Generac after several days. Additionally, the product information could have been clearer about the battery. I wasn't entirely certain if it was included, and later discovered that I needed to purchase it separately.
