not as good as they used to be
failed after 2 months don't seem to be the same quality as before.

Rubber seals do not hold smoke, very leaky
Rubber seal does not close so all the tobacco smoke just comes out with our without the mouthpiece in. Really bad stream leaking not just a little bit

Want to know the reason everyone is suddenly down on Storz & Bickel products?
Have been a customer of S&B products for close to 20 years and in the last 12 months the quality of the materials used for the balloons and the chamber housing etc has changed performance dramatically. Small pieces of orange microplastic in the chamber heater area, holes appearing in the seams on the balloons. I smell private equity or a change in supplier, but for some reason the quality of these products has nosedived. Very disappointing and faintly ridiculous considering the changes in global legislation that companies like S&B are poised to (finally) reap the rewards from.
