I'm writing a review because I am a TMJ sufferer. I first have to say before I used it, I reached out to the seller (info is displayed on back of box) with a concern I had and their response was immediate. They have exceeded my expectations. The product heats up nicely and feels great on my jaw. I will also use this for days I wake up with a stiff neck. Heat is amazing and heats up very nice. :). I am so pleased with this purchase and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED. Thank you for an amazing product. I hope the rest of my review got in, I was cut off at Excellent. Product gets 10 starts from me. If you have TMJ you should try this. It's amazing!!!!! December 28, 2024, UPDATE: I had terrible TMJ pain this morning. After only 10 minutes of using this mask on HIGH heat, it was completely gone and has not come back. OMG this is a god send product. If you have TMJ you should def invest in this. It's saved me. Thank you so much!!!!! So happy I don't have to rely on taking ibuprofen any more for pain, natural relief from now on : ).

This wrap fits snugly and stays in place, which is great for hands-free relief. The adjustable strap made it easy to fit my face perfectly. I love that I can choose from three heat levels and time settings—it’s customizable to exactly what I need. Excellent product and top-notch quality!

I purchased this heating pad for an upcoming dental surgery I was having. I tried it out and was not happy with this product. It is not worth the cost. I just think for some it might work for what they need it for. But for me I wasn't impressed enough to keep it. So for this reason I will give it a 3 star review. I don't want to Sally it's a bad product that wouldn't be fair. But it wasn't that good.

Material us scratchy, amd its ackward to wear, and on the lowest setting is really hot.

Poorly made product. Dont wast your money. Minimal unfocused heat. Velcro does not hold

I have Trigeminal neuralgia, which causes horrific face pain. I saw this wrap recommended, and just received it. It helps take the edge off the pain. I love that it stays in place, and I don’t have to hold it like a regular heating pad. I can watch tv, read a book, etc. since it’s hands free. Now if I could just get one that is rechargeable so I could use it outside or in the car, that would be terrific!

This unit is a pretty good value and provides plenty of heat as advertised. A person needs to adjust the comfort level and head/jaw positioning.

It worked for a couple of days then stopped heating up. It also heats up quite high in the ears side but not much low down the chin. I don’t recommend the product. Probably I got a faulty one.

The heat works really well. It's hotter on the ears than on the jaw. But that might be because of the shape of my little face. This would definitely help for earaches. I'm currently experiencing pulsating sounds in my ear do the TMJ and this is relieving the sound. I like that it's a USB plug-in I have it plugged into a portable battery pack

I wake up with debilitating TMJ to the point my jaw locks every morning, sometimes requiring a visit to the ER. This device helps keep my jaw aligned during sleep, which results in no locking. The heat is a bonus, which really helps with pain and loosening up the muscles. I 100 percent recommend it.

Doesn't get hot enough. It's barley warm

Poor quality, doesn't warm up. Only Chinese instructions. Made in China. Items should be labeled on Amazon so you know where products are made before purchasing.
