Helps with my headaches
I gave this headband 5 stars because I found another BETTER use for it (at least for me). I'll get to that at the end.MaterialWhen first inspecting this product, I was a little concerned that the little rubbery treads inside would either be 1) be uncomfortable 2) leave marks on my forehead. It didn't do either. This headband is very well sewn together as you'll see by my pictures.WearingWhen I tried it on, it did indeed have a noticeable cooling effect almost immediately. It also felt very soft and soothing. Not tight nor loose. Just perfect.Now to the "better" part: every morning I've been waking up to severe headaches that last for hours that are so painful I'm just about in tears. I've been meditating and listening to soothing sounds as suggested by my doctor but this headband seemed to help me more than the other two methods. I actually feel like I can just close my eyes and take a nap now. I know it wasn't intended for this purpose and I will probably get another for exercising because now I want to keep this one solely for my pain!

Pretty impressed.
I've never had a headband for working out (or otherwise) stay on my head even when they've had the non-slip feature; however, these stay during my workouts with very little slipping. I received my first one as a gift and have since bought the remaining colors so I can have a clean one when needed.

Slips off
Love color fill . Hate that it slips off my head in seconds so easy for a non slip product and me haveing a kids size head hints the 2 starrs

This headband worked great for my daughter! her hair isn't long enough for a ponytail and this was perfect for her during her soccer games!

The Perfect Addition for Your Workout
I normally do not wear headbands but I love this dark blue headband from Panija. It is comfortable and well-made. Plus the absorbent material is excellent to keep the sweat from dripping down my face when I exercise. It is easy and straightforward to use. I love the variety of colors and options for this headband. I recommend this excellent product.

Lite Compression Headband
This headband is advertised as a cooling headband and I don't know about that; haven't yet tried using it while sweating. Thus far, it's more like a lite compression band and I put it on today when a migraine was coming on. So far, so good. If I find it particularly useful when exercising, I will update this review.
