It was a good deal for the price and the mushrooms were flavorful. I grind them up with other spices and make my own umami seasoning. The commercial ones have too much salt. It made yummy seasoning

They were very good and I enjoyed them. I was surprised there were button mushrooms as well.

Excellent dried mushrooms.
Excellent, large, dried mushrooms and just what I needed. Also, no noticeable grit after soaking in hot water.

They taste great
Just wash the mushrooms off and soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes to an hour. Save the fluid because that tastes good too. I like to use them in soups. I'm going to try grinding some up into a powder using the food processor to sprinkle over bacon and eggs.

I have ordered them twice
If you enjoy mushrooms it is always good to have some dried ones on hand.These mushrooms have proven to be a delightful addition to my pantry and meals.
