Works great. Barely noticeable.
This device works great. Pairs quickly and maintained a solid connection. It looks sleek and you barely notice it is there. I worry that it may be fragile, since the only thing holding it on place is the mic plug. So we'll have to treat it carefully and not leave it connected while stored. We take it off when not using it, and place it on a charger. Makes a great headphone set even better.

Small issue w/ audio playing
Sometimes this device stops playing audio entirely and you have to power it down for a minute and turn it back on for it to work properly. I like how you can pair it to multiple devices at once to be able to seamlessly change device you're using. Being able to walk away a decent (about like 20 feet or so) amount from the source of audio is also very nice. I do not notice a big different in audio quality from cable to this so it is good for those who are not obsessed with getting the best audio out of their devices. The mic exists, I would not recommend trying to use the microphone on pc, the audio quality drops by a lot. Oh also for that audio playing issue, sometimes the device would say it powered down and then not power down and you have to connect it to a cable to actually power it down. This issue particularly occurs when you play a yt video on loop, so people who like to loop the same song for hours on end (like me), be aware of this problem.

Paired with 9600,
As good as 3.5mm wire connection when I played symphony music. I tested with Beethoven 9th Ode to Joy London Symphony Orchestra,Sir Antonio Pappano conductor. All strings, brass, woodwind, percussion, vocals are clearly defined. Strongly recommend.

Good!
Works well, obviously sound quality is impacted substantially, but it’s a trade off for being bluetooth

Technically works, horrible latency. Not for gaming or watching shows.
It technically works? The latency is horrible though. There's seriously a 1 and 1/2 to 2 second latency on the sound transmittance which makes it virtually unusable for gaming or watching anything. At the price point it's not worth the headache of returning it as it would be usable for music, but the latency makes it virtually unusable for me as I purchased it for gaming and watching media primarily.

Very nice
Nice Bluetooth adapter. Worth the price. Sound quality is very good, though not quite as good as wired, which is to be expected. Recommended.

Good idea bad execution
Does not stay attached to the body of the headphones at all and when holding it to the headphones I still cannot get it to connect

Simple and Convenient
I love my Phillips SPH9600! I often wear it at my desk and listen to music when working to keep me focused. Occasionally, I wear it with my MP3 player when doing chores around the house. During these times, the cable can be somewhat inconvenient as it needs to be routed out of the way to prevent it from catching. I never thought of looking for a Bluetooth adapter as I didn't know one existed. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when this handy little item showed up in my feed. So far, it has been a welcome addition to my life getting almost daily use. The packaging and unboxing experience is basic. Inside a non-descript black box is another box simply noting the product name. Inside the package is the Bluetooth adapter as well as a short charging cable and paperwork. While nothing exceptional, I do like the simple and minimalist nature of the product. As stated, This is explicitly meant for the SPH9600! I tried it on my SPH9500 and it is not compatible. Installation is a breeze! Just attach it via the 3.5mm jack until it snaps into place. There is a simple, but standard set of buttons for power, play/pause, and volume buttons making changes on the fly without taking your phone out of your pocket. The fit of the device is solid and becomes part of the headphones. The comfort is not impacted by the weight of the device being attached to only one side of the headphones. The sound quality when using the Bluetooth device is excellent! While it lacks some premium codecs that allow for a higher bit rate, it is not perceptible during casual listening and could not be expected at the price point. Another feature that I appreciate, or lack thereof, is the lack of any App. The simplicity of just pairing the device to my phone and listening to music is something I haven't had for a while and is quite welcome. You get a lot of convenience for very little risk with this adapter. The price point presents a compelling value for anyone looking to add versatility to their audio setup. If you have a SPH9600 and are considering this adapter, I'd highly consider it!
