I got this for work notes, it is actually really nice quality- the paper is nice and thick, and the cover is lovely quality and gorgeous.

The cover has a lovely, tactile feel to it and although the cover design may not be to everyone’s taste, it sets the book apart.The book has all of the advertised points but the one that struck me most was the cover which is sold as ‘vegan leather’. A quick look in the internet says this can be made from plant-based or sustainable sources, but also from PVC or polyurethane and they don’t say what this cover is made from.The pages are a pleasure to write on and the book folds flat which is very useful. The line spacings and colours don’t distract when writing or reading either.It is a lovely book and would make a great gift for someone who enjoys writing. It has a lovely to feel to it and the pages are a pleasure to write on. My only niggle is on the price. As a present for someone, I would be happy with it, but for general notetaking that gets flung about a desktop, workbench and so on, not so much. In balance then, 4 stars from me but as a gift for a writer, I think it would be really well accepted.
