As someone who could do with losing a pound or three, I ordered these leggings in an attempt to optimise the efficiency of any exercise.I'm a UK 16 and ordered these in XXL. This does seem to provide the right fit and I can get them on and off without having to use the zip. I did test the zip and found it incredibly fiddly to do up, once the leggings are on the body - the zip kept getting stuck about an inch from the tip, making it hard to pull both sides of the fabric together whilst trying to shift it that last inch.They look good when on, creating a close fit to the body, the neutral grey colouring means they could be teamed with any top.The blue inner creates the sauna effect. From the moment you put them on they give a slight feeling of dampness and they do squeak a bit a the waist. I also find that, on my body, they are prone to slipping down - leaving everything from the knee up look a bit weird and baggy. They're easy to haul back into place but when exercising you don't really want to be constantly adjusting your clothing......The quality is great and they are definitely a good idea but I would probably only wear these for exercise at home. They do have a reflective strip though, should you wear them outside in the dark.At £21.99, at time of review, I think they're good value for money and well thought out - just not the ideal fit for my body shape.

This pair of sauna pants is very warm. The waist comes with a zip and an adjustable strap. I ordered XL which is UK size 14 with the zip up and size 16 with the zip down. Length and crouch position are all good. The material is quite stretchy and comfy. You can get very sweaty wearing this for any exercise yet it is breathable. Good product overall!

Very poor quality

I’m on the fence about these sauna leggings, the verbose product description means these leggings promise a lot and have a lot to live up to.When I first removed them from their packing I was surprised how crinkly they sounded, and when on you can hear yourself move in them. They do get better with wear, but it did put me off wearing them for certain classes. The backing of the fabric with its heat boosting properties also feels a bit weird next to the skin.In terms of sizing, I think the measurements listed for each size are a bit off. As a 14/16 I usually plump for an XL size but the measurements suggested an XXL, so I plumped for that size and they are a good fit. It does mean that the max sizing available is probably a size 18, though as always it will depend on body shape.Overall these are just OK for me, but I probably wouldn’t order another pair. Three stars.

Lovely sauna leggings.Great for gym or running or even for everyday wear.Helps to lose a bit weight is well.Fits well, matching size chart.Nice desing to.Happy to have them.

On opening it carries a very strong smell. I'm not sure what it is but it made me very worri3d to use them. It washed them in disinfectant as well and it still carries a weird smell. But not as bad. I'll probably only use it in the house because I wouldn't want anyone in gym to think it's meeeee. Other than that it does run a bit small, so I'd size up hut it does have a bit ot a stretch. Comfortable on and looks neat as well.

These are nice-looking leggings when worn, but I have to say, upon opening the packaging, the smell was rather unpleasant and off-putting.I'm not sure whether this was due to the inner layer of reflective fabric, being tightly sealed in the packaging, but it's fair to say, the odour when opened was not nice at all.However, moving on, after "airing" these leggings for a few minutes, before trying them on, they were fine, and I'm pleased to say, the sizing is a true and comfortable fit.These leggings have been designed with a special hyper-heat insulating blue inner layer, that not only warm up and intensify your gym/sauna sessions but also ensure comfort with their superior, stretchable fabric.The closure is effortless, with a simple zip and self fastener, to the side, and the mid-rise waistband amplifies tummy control, delivering an instantly flattering figure.I like these sauna leggings... a lot.These are affordable, comfortable, and true to size, offering no less than a great pair of active, workout leggings that fit perfectly, trap warmth, amplifies sweating without compromising on performance or style.I'm very happy to be wearing these with confidence, due to the flexibility and support they offer, whilst running!Thank you for a functional, practical and affordable product.

I love the fit. Little big in the waist. I bought a large and I’m 5’7 and 160. The bad part is they smellLike FISH! I can’t wear them to the gym smelling like that, imagine sweating in those. Yuk!!
