Misleading advertising
This item dose not come with batteries ora charger both sold separately and very expensive, I have been told the word bear indicates no charger or battery. It’s hidden in the description. Very misleading advert you end up spending nearly £200 . Very poor

Very nice unit
I will admit to be a WORX fan. That being the case I would like this steam to come out with a bit more pressure apart from that it's a nice unit not heavy water capacity I'm happy with

Get more steam of the kettle boiling

Low power
Returned. It was ok to handle etc but the power was shockingly low. Was so disappointed as had big plans for all sorts of nooks and crannys around the house. But this little device wasn't up to much.
