Abel did it again! A beautiful fresh, energizing, subtle fragrance that lasts! Wearing this during summer in Texas will forever take me back to this time of the year, also during the colder winter months when I crave spring. Rotating between this and my other Abel favorites; Cyan Nori, Golden Neroli and Cobalt Amber (told you - I'm a fan!).

I have to admit this ended up being not at all what I expected when I read "Laundry Day." I expected the soapy clean smell of freshly washed clothing with hints of cotton and detergent... which is fairly typical of room sprays and oils that are labeled thus.Firstly, out of the box the packaging was very impressive... this comes in a sturdy box, with minimal labeling and a sleek yellow stripe where the lid meets the bottom. The top is lifted to reveal the bottle safely seated inside foam with a little card sitting behind it. The minimalistic presentation is high quality and showcases the fragrance in a nice way that would make this worthy of a gift.The bottle itself is quite small, but it very sturdy, the glass feels thick and is heavier than some other bottles I have that are larger. What I found VERY interesting is that the top of the bottle is magnetic! So it snaps right back into place when you put it back over the spray pump. Very cool little feature!Now as far as the fragrance... fragrance is so individual and can be quite subjective but this is where I was very surprised. I sprayed just ONE spray on my arm. The sillage is strong but not overpowering. It is a clean fragrance but much more earthy than the soap or cotton scent I was expecting.I smell strongly the notes of grass and vetiver with a hint of the lime peaking through. You can sense the citrus but this doesn't really seem like a 'citrus' scent. This reminds me of the outdoors, so by laundry day in thinking this is more like freshly cleaned laundry that was drying on a line on a spring, sunny day. It's gender neutral for sure, not particularly leaning feminine or masculine. It's fresh but in a sophisticated way, not in the light airy way. I think the vetiver grounds this a bit with a somewhat smoky scent instead of the bright citrus that I'm used to in most other fragrances. I think that's also what helps this to be gender neutral and good for any age.I will say I was a bit surprised by the price. It is consistent with many other fragrances of this caliber but the bottle is much smaller. However this seems quite concentrated and you only need one or two sprays, so I have the feeling this will last quite a while.Overall this is a very unique event and doesn't smell like a lot of other generic smelling clean or citrus scents. If you want a good daytime scent that's clean, inoffensive, but still unique, this is definitely a nice choice.

I really like the way this perfume smells and I love the cute box it comes in. It also has a magnetic lid which I thought was amazing. The scent smells so clean and I like that it’s a light scent and isn’t too strong or overpowering. The scent lasts all day which I love. This would make a great gift for someone too. Would Recommend!!

Seems to work as described. The fragrance wasn't for me.

For starters this arrived early which is always a plus. That said my wife and I are both fragrance collectors and we love exploring new scents and brands. So of course when these came up (we were blessed to be able to try out several of Abel’s offerings) we were definitely interested. All natural ingredients are always going to be nice but sometimes they suffer in longevity so we were certainly curious how that would go. The scent is phenomenal, it very much leans in Aventus territory, but with enough character to be its own thing. Very lemony fresh and a natural bitter sweet lemon at that. I don’t get cut grass so much but there is a powdery softness in there which gives it that almost dryer sheet vibe if you really squint and concentrate lol. It’s really nice, like I said very aventus-esque, very summer in a bottle. Speaking of which, the bottle and overall presentation are also very nice, very minimalist design but enough attention to detail to be well done. Even the cap is magnetic, I have scents that were hundreds of dollars that don’t have that so well done there. Atomizer is also very lux with a nice spread and “mist”. But what about that elephant in the room, longevity? Well I can happily say that I got about 4 hours before I would have needed to reapply which for me (I can sometimes wear four scents a day) was plenty of time. This was a hit for me, fragrance aside it’s got a nice “vibe setting” quality it’s very aromatherapy in that way so even if you just want to spray this on after a morning shower just as a pick me up it will be great for that mood setter type thing. Price seems fair given the quality and presentation, well done Abel. Five stars.

I *love* clean fragrances and for me, this one was just “meh.” The scent is indeed light, without strong throw or staying power. The few times I’ve worn it, the fragrance is gone after a couple hours. I would describe the scent as “water - if you were to add notes of musk and spice.” I get no hint of cotton or linen or laundry (all scents I *love*); it’s essentially just a very subtle musk fragrance. For what it is, I think it works fine for both men and women. I don’t hate it, but I don’t plan on wearing it regularly.

First of all, I love the packaging of this, it comes in a nice sturdy box, suitable for gift giving, and the top is magnetic, which is awesome...no worrying about snapping the top on correctly. It has a nice, fresh fragrance. I am not good at describing fragrances, so maybe I shouldn't be doing fragrance reviews. It has a nice clean, fresh, modern scent. Maybe slightly citrusy undertones to it (but not overpowering). Scent is so subjective as far as description and the impression made on the person, but I like it.

the quality here is just not there, weird smell, doesn't last long would not recommend
