This is the best rice alternative. Make sure to rinse well before using. Texture is slightly different than rice, but nothing you can’t get past, especially if you miss rice. Takes on the flavor of whatever it’s cooked with. Everyone in our family likes this product... teens and adults.

It was my mistake but $18 for one packet?? Seriously?? I wasn’t sure I would like it so was reluctant to pay $24 for 6 packets. When I saw the option of one packet it just didn’t occur to me to check the price. Now, I see its nonreturnable so I’m stuck with a very expensive rice substitute and you have one time only customer.

The price is up there but not so bad if you buy 6 at a time. One of the best rice substitutes I have found. Great for Keto.

This was rubbery, smelled of fish even after rinsing for a long amount of time. I wanted to love this! I even tried adding spices, lemon, cilantro, ate some of it with butter chicken (Indian food) so the flavor should have been lost but it was forefront.

I never buy it again.
