I’ve tried a few UV torches, and many claim to be 365nm, but most actually turn out to be 395nm, which doesn’t work as well for certain applications. So I was quite impressed when I found that this DARKBEAM UV Torch is indeed 365nm and delivers the right UV wavelength.It works really well with gemstones, highlighting the natural fluorescence and making them pop under the light. It’s a compact, sturdy little torch that’s easy to carry and operate, and the brightness is perfect for a variety of uses.While it’s a small torch, it’s definitely effective for what I need, and I’m happy to have found one that lives up to its claims. If you’re looking for a true 365nm UV light for a good price, this is a solid option.

I didn't know there were two types of uv light so I got both. The 365 is brilliant for checking notes and passports etc for uv markings it really makes the marking pop out. The 395 does illuminate then just not to the same standard however the 395 really makes special stones glow. May have lots of other uses but I use mine as a portable note scanner they charge fast and hold a charge well.

Very bright light which has a good battery life. One caveat - the on/off switch is very exposed and is easy to activate unintentionally. I had stood the light is bulb downward while charging and accidently turned on the light when charging. The very intense light scorched my work surface where I was charging it. Take care to cover the switch so it can't be activated when packed in a bag or similar.Manufacturers should redesign the switch to make it harder to activate.

Good lights and they do what they suppose to.They small and compact and certainly good value for money.

This 365nm UV torch works very well for checking bank notes. Really shows up the red and white stripes (hard to catch on camera). Quite bright with convenient usb c charging and pocket friendly portability. Feels solid. Much better than the cheaper 395nm wave torch I had bought before.

Out the box 2 UV lights one filtered one not filtered alot smaller than I thought but I feel like there 5 w LEDs on and off mode no flashing no low mode just bang UV compared to others seems brighter got a great hotspot gg makers gg usb c charging seems to hold great no safety lock so make sure in case or around kids or in pocket for accidental turn on but well worth it

Sturdy UV LED light that functions well, easy to use. OMG it really shows up dust and other muck on carpets, walls and other surfaces. You may not want to know.
