I really like using this product when I have a fever, body pain and when a cough appears to be surfacing. It was packaged well- all tabs intact. The color of tabs are yellow, and the taste of the Tylenol tab is sweet, easy to swallow. It works and are affordable!

I think this was a great alternative to Dayquill etc. Capsules were a bit large but tastes like oranges, so tolerable. I got them at a deal price so we'll worth it
