A great product for 3rd party straps
It does exactly what it promised, and looks great. It's not the strongest piece of tech I reckon but it's very good to have a charging station that lets me have my 3rd party battery strap attached with no issues. Very happy with it.

First order didn’t arrive, replacement doesn’t charge handsets.
Ordered for my son for Xmas, first order took weeks to arrive was left on the doorstep and went missing.Took several emails for them to agree a refund.A relative bought him one as I’d put back on his wish list. It which arrived after Xmas (expected) and the replacement doesn’t charge the handsets, the touch points from the battery to the battery cover are bent and the battery covers are a poor fit.Would return but relative elderly and too much stress. Will just use normal batteries and use as a stand.

Custom AA Batteries
I have tested a few Quest 3 docks this year and all of them have had one issue that has bugged me - the lack of a stand for anyone that does not just use the stock head strap. Somebody has obviously listened though as this Growalleter dock is the first one that DOES have a stand. While this obviously adds to the size of the dock it does mean that people who have bought custom straps do not need to find something else to balance the rear part of the headset on. The good news is that this rear piece is also removable so if you do just have the stock head strap you can leave the stand off and save a bit of space.As to the dock itself I like the overall aesthetic with decent controller holders, and the charging battery covers are nice. With this you also get two oddly shaped AA batteries. This does mean you are limited to using Growalleter's batteries if you want to charge them on the dock and you also need to remove any grip covers you may have while charging them. There is also nothing on the batteries to tell you their mAh rating though I imagine that does not matter too much if you can just put them on the dock and recharge them between sessions.
