Great printer
Printer works great but pay attention when its printing. If it jams it will keep trying to print and keep shoving paper forward, worsening the jam and wasting more paper. It also relys on GOOD internet. We are in a rural area that has terrible internet so SOMETIMES connectivity is an issue. That is not a fault of the printer! Just something to be aware of. Printing quality is fantastic, crystal clear, and fast. Make sure settings on your computer are correct and tou will have beautiful 2x3 blueprints without going to a printing store!

Impossible to get ink cartridges
Bought this printer to make prints for wrestling tournaments. Printer work amazing. The major issue is the ink cartridges. You can only purchase through HP. Local stores do not carry the specific cartridges the printer requires. This is not disclosed on purchase. Cartridges take over a week to get. You can ONLY use HP cartridges as the printer will not accept any other and does not have the override option. If I had not already passed my 30 day window for returns I would have returned and gone with the Epson Smart Tank Variant.

Expensive, but excellent quality.
They build quality was excellent, which is what I expected. I just didn't want to spend that much money right now. For its price range the printer is fast with excellent resolution. That is normal for HP equipment, good and expensive.

great low cost printer
Great product to help your small business. We print on vinyl for cornhole boards and it works great. The required vinyl for inkjet is a little expensive but the money made makes it well worth it. Prints clear and has great quality.

Great printer for printing house plans!
I needed a plotter for printing out house plans and making cutout templates. This printer is great! It was super easy to setup and I can print from any networked computer in the office. It makes sharp, colorful prints and is very fast. I would recommend this printer to anyone needing to print on 36x24 inch paper. Also it fit perfectly on the generic printer cart that came off my old printer.

Great Product Wrong Amazon Dimensions
The HP Plotter was package very well, with no damage. Set up was very quick and connected to W-FI easily. If you built a stand for it as I did, the Dimensions Amazon has are incorrect. Amazon has the D x H backwards. Glad I went to the HP Webpage to double check dimensinons. True numbers: 11H x 40W x 17D. Built my Plotter stand out of Black Walnut.

Home designer here, and make my own prints in house. This is my second HP, and am impressed so far by how far they've come. Newer cartridges are larger and cost less than my previous model. Modern features, intuitive touchscreen to verify ink levels on the machine, and the cutter is less accessible to curious fingers or cat paws while in use (yet easy to open up for access). Easy enough switching between roll paper and sheets, although you may need to feed one sheet at a time (but that's what other printers are for). Vivid colours. Quite satisfied with this unit for my purposes.

This has to be the biggest piece of crap I've ever set my eyes on. The 24" paper won't load straight no matter what I do. No help to be found anywhere online. Save your money and buy something different. I never should have bought this printer.
