I love this bag! I was concerned about the listing because it had the message "frequently returned". But I'm not sure why that's the case. The material is very similar to real leather and relatively soft, but durable. The color is neutral, versatile, and very classy. My friend has a leather Coach bag in almost the exact same color, and I liked mine better. I've received multiple compliments from friends on this bag. It has great organization, stands reasonably well on its own, and is roomy yet ivery lightweight. It's perfect for air travel as a personal item. I ordered multiple bags before I settled on this one. Only negative I can find is outside pockets are very deep and my phone sometimes gets lost at the bottom.I intend to purchase again in another color and as gifts.

Excellent quality! The color is gorgeous. The material is soft and supple. It came well packaged in a soft bag. The bag is very spacious, and I love the four feet at the bottom to protect the bag when I have to put in on the floor. I am carrying my laptop, supplies, and books seamlessly. This is a 5-star item.

I originally purchased this as a laptop bag but recently used it as a second piece carry-on “luggage” for a flight. It easily held my electronics-ear buds, power pack, chargers; toiletries, makeup, pills/vitamins, snacks, travel pillow and sweater. I even had a small Lulu cross body bag for a purse that I wore and the flight attendant told me I would need to stash that as it counted towards a piece of carry-on. No problem! I just threw it in this laptop bag with room to spare. It fit under the seat of the airplane just fine. The size is great. The color is very nice and the material doesn’t look cheap. The pockets on the outside add to the esthetic and are very handy. I purchased and returned several other bags before getting this one. It has held up nicely so far.

This is a great bag for the price point. Lots of storage, fits my large laptop and portable monitor, and I love the pouch that comes with for carrying essentials. The green color is a lot better in person than in photos! Feels sturdy and comfortable on my shoulder.

I use this bag for work and school. It fits everything well but like other reviews said it doesn’t hold its shape when the laptop isn’t in it. One side came with the crease in the leather (on the side pockets) messed up, but it’s not a huge deal for me. It’s a nice material inside and out. Lots of space and pockets, just not perfect presentation outside.

It has pockets for everything you need! It even comes with a little makeup/pencil bag. The material is a very high quality faux leather. It feels and looks like real leather. The little gold bumps on the bottom prevent it from getting scratched when set on the floor. The design is excellent! Best amazon purchase I have made in a long time! I purchased the light tan/beige color.

I love the modern sleek look, sturdy integrated strap and bag capacity. No brassy cheap-looking hardware, buckles or zippers. Just simple beautiful design with great function. Looks like a specific designer bag that costs $300.
