This has been the best purchase we have made for our baby son. He fell asleep so quickly the first time we used it when he was a newborn and we are still relying on it to help him to sleep at 4 months old. The sound quality is great, there are various sounds to choose from and the volume can be adjusted to very low or very loud. We obviously have it quite low to protect our babies ears and hearing! It is placed approx. 2 feet away from the baby bed. The light is handy too as it means the main bedroom light can be off and this egg light give a nice comforting glow to the baby at bedtime and isnt too bright to keep us awake.

UPDATE May 2024: 3 years later and it’s still going strong. It’s been dropped (several times) and still works. Has been used EVERY night since date of purchase. Bought a second one when my son was born last year. May 2021: We would be utterly lost without this! Bought it as struggling to get our little girl to go to sleep when she was 8 weeks old. It’s been on every night since then, works like a charm (for us adults too). Lots of different sounds but she likes the white noise the best. You can hear her babbling in the background of the video, it always relaxes her. The battery lasts all day (played in the car & in her pram) but we do plug it in every night by her cot. It does have a timer; 30, 60 and 90mins but we leave it on all night. It’s one of the more expensive noise machines available but I would highly recommend - as I have done to friends with little ones! It’s just a shame that you can’t seem to buy the charging cradle in the UK.

I use this product with my baby, my baby still shares a room with us and I choose the wave sound or the 'shhh' sound both of which my baby and I find soothing. I have taken it out to use in her pram also, I struggle to find somewhere to attach it when using it. The battery life is good I have been using it for 5 nights now without charging (I use the timer function). A battery life inductor would improve this product.

Pretty great. Life changing really, as we can now make noise while the wee man sleeps. Recommended by two mummy friends with babies the same age (7 months, though we started at 5 months). Music probably shouldn’t be in natural sounds, and we could do with a few more options, but the fact that you can leave it plugged in and not worry about batteries or it timing out is superb. And we now sleep next door to the little one with the sound of thunder!

My little one listens to white noise as she sleeps and we needed something for when we are in the car as she hates being the car, this helps to settle her. Battery life seems good o have used it for 2 nights in a row and on and off throughout the day without it needing to charge. I do wish there was an indication of how much battery there is left as the battery has gone overnight waking my little one up. Edit Since writing my review the products battery has gone down hill massively! It won't even last tye full night! It took my 3 hours to get my baby to sleep and I had finally got her to sleep only for the battery to die and wake her half an hour later! I was so annoyed and frustrated!
