Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. Barely bioavailable in this form
This product has extremely low bioavailability. Unhydrolyzed bamboo shoot has less than 1-5% absorption (less than 1% in some studies). If you want silica with meaningful bioavailability, get orthosilicic acid/OSA (40-50% bioavailable, 50-70% for choline stabilized/ch-OSA), tabashir bamboo extract (20-30% bioavailable) or hydrolyzed bamboo shoot (15-30% bioavailable).
