I'll order these again, they're convenient and great. My energy levels are definitely up. I mix with 16 OZ with tap water first thing in the AM. Also, my eGFR has come up 11% and I've lost a few lbs.

I only drink water that is filtered through a hydrogen machine faucet attachment but needed something for travel. After carefully researching the dissolving tablets looked like a good choice, however it made the water taste so bad I couldn’t drink it. Waste of money and really disappointed I had to go without my “good” water for several weeks.

Tried it for a few days. Definitely boosts energy. Only concern is main product is dextrose, a sugar. Not sure if it really hydrogenates, could be a sugar spike

So far I’ve only been using them for a week and didn’t notice much difference. It does make you drink more water during the day so that can’t be bad;) And it has some magnesium that my doctor recommended for my sugar cravings (I’m a recovering alcoholic). Some reviewers comment about the taste, but I personally have no problem with it, it’s just a very light and slightly sour taste. I would recommend a squeeze of citrus juice to offset it if you don’t like it.
