Helpful for sleeping
I started drinking a hot mushroom chocolate drink to help me sleep. It was pricy so I looked for a supplement that had the same mushrooms and tried this brand. It seems to have close to the same helpful sleeping effect as the hot drink but more cost effective. I add it to anything I may be drinking at night.
