I love this. I used it 3 times within the first 24 hours of having it. Very easy to use, easy to clean and the coffee quality is great. You can set it up in the morning while getting ready for work, or just anytime you want chilled coffee. It’s also great for on the go use. I am very happy with the purchase of this product.

I loved cold brew, I make my own and let it steep for about 24 hours. When I saw this I thought it would be a great shortcut especially at work. Unfortunately like with many things there are no shortcuts to quality. Some may like this and there are some great reviews all over the internet. So I will go over the good and bad.The good - decent construction and couldn’t be easier to assemble. The instructions are straightforward and easy to understand and follow. Packs up compact with all the pieces storing easily.The bad - it is rather loud and I would not recommend having it on if you’re on a conference call as the vibration sound can’t be ignored. Now I love cold brew because it can have a kick and the flavor can be mellow. Unfortunately this only seems to color the water and barely tastes like coffee. It looks like light tea. I tried it a few ways, I ran it back to back 20 min total and not much stronger or darker. I crushed the ice and tried it to have more ice and it didn’t work well.This is a great idea, if you don’t like strong coffee it this may be of great use for you. If you really like your coffee then I would say pass on this and stick to using the filters you can buy to put coffee in or the carafe that has an insert. I really wanted the love this but it’s not quite there yet. They tweak it a bit to make regular cold brew dark I will definitely buy it again.

Definitely worth it, was hesitant with bad reviews but they must of received a defective item or didn’t know how to use it. Bought cups and nice syrup, different creamers , coffee grounds etc and got a whole shop in my kitchen now saving money

I have been using this machine for a week now because I wanted to give it a fair review. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. This thing makes a killer cup of cold brew, at a fraction of the time it typically takes to achieve the same results. It's easy to use and even easier to clean. Some other reviews mention leaking and weak coffee results, neither of which I have experienced (other than leaking one time which was user error). The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because of the volume it makes per cycle. I wish it the capacity was little bigger, because I usually drink a 32 oz coffee, making me have to run the machine twice for a full cup. This is honestly a small issue because 20 minutes sure beats 12-24 hours of brewing and straining. Highly recommend this product.

The suction is strong, but the coffee is weak. Oh boy, the price went up by $40 since I bought this last week. Getting this to work requires reading the manual as the coffee maker comes with plenty of parts, but once I have putting this all together it does work quite well. I have found out that it takes a lot of coffee grounds for a 12 oz. cup of cold brew. Five tablespoons full of coffee ground only produced a weakly tasted coffee. You can put more coffee in the machine but that is a lot of coffee for a cup of coffee. Also, you will need to break all the parts down for cleaning.

Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee quickly.

Worked well…when it worked. Was a pain to get the arrows on the small cups to line up. If they weren’t lined up, we’d get brown water with a bit of coffee flavor. It was also a pain to get them apart. Making me seriously consider how much I really wanted iced coffee. Yesterday I decided it was worth the hassle. Especially since the little cups were starting to screw together a little easier…then crack! The cup for the grounds cracked. Meaning it doesn’t have a seal and is now worthless.I even contacted customer service about the grounds cup and ice cup were not lining up properly, and therefore not brewing properly. They had no suggestions and could not replace anything.Glad we got it on sale and not out the $80-110!!! Still very upset! My friends love theirs and raved about it. What I get for trying to take a short cut.
