The item is fine other than intermittent flickering on the red lights. The results are non existent. Just another waste of money for promised face improvements that do.not happen

Initially loved the item - did my research and found it's the best mask out there anywhere near this price point, with NIR and far more bulbs than other higher-priced options. BUT after a few days, the LEDs on one side of the face mask started flickering. Had to return the whole thing for a refund as there was no option to just get the faulty part replaced. Even tried contacting Odelyne direct 3 times, but got no reply. What a waste!3 stars given as it's comfortable & the LEDs are superior - if you get one that works!

I’ve been considering red light therapy for a while, so decided to try this LED mask out. It’s definitely not the most glamorous thing to wear (giving sci-fi/Doctor Who vibes), but seems to be a solid at-home option for anyone interested in skincare. The mask combines red and blue light which is said to help with everything from boosting collagen and reducing fine lines to tackling spots and improving skin texture.It arrived well-packaged in a nice box, so it would actually make a great gift for someone who loves their beauty gadgets. The setup was easy, though you’ll need to charge the power pack up as the battery arrives with only a minimum charge. You also need to make sure your skin is clean of all make-up and moisturiser products before each use. Once it’s on, it’s not exactly comfy, but you do adjust to it. I find the bright red light around my eyes a bit annoying and find it hard to do anything else whilst wearing it. I use it for around 10 minutes per session, a few times a week.I’ve been using it for a few months and I do think my skin looks better, but I can't say if that's down to the mask alone or the other elements of my skincare routine. I’ve had no irritation or issues and it fits into my routine easily. Overall, if you’re happy to stick it out (and don’t mind the robot-like appearance), it’s a convenient and potentially effective way to add light therapy to your skincare at home.

Great product which was clearly effective, but unfortunately I had to return the product twice due to defects. I received this a gift for Christmas 2024 and returned after a couple of months due to an issue with the wiring. Amazon replaced the product straight away, however I’ve just had to return the replacement because of the same issue plus the mask wouldn’t turn on. Very disappointing for an expensive item
