be prepeared to buy new charger
So, the charger broke in the first week, and I never received a replacement—even though customer support promised I would. They just ghosted me several times.Overall, the screen is good quality, but the performance and everything else are pretty average. I don’t see how it’s better than Lenovo or other similar brands.Also, I have some concerns about the keypad design—it just takes some time to get used to.If I wasn’t so frustrated about the charger and the ghosting situation, I might have given it a 3. But overall, for the full price, there are better and much cheaper options available.
