These capsules are very easy to take, just have one in the morning, I have mine before breakfast so I am taking it on an empty stomach as it is supposed to be more beneficial on an empty stomach. I have had resin before and some were sweet some were very bitter but the capsules have no taste which is good. I still feel more focused and calm and it is improving my memory.

Started taking Shilajit a couple of years ago in resin form.I take it mainly for the trace elements/minerals in it to be honest. I had read about the health properties of fulvic acid, having been used for centuries.However, with the resin, I wasn't keen on the taste. I tried various ways to disguise it, but it's there!So now, with it in capsule form, I'm happy.

I’ve been taking this supplement via spoon / tar form which is not the most pleasant tasting but it is a tiny about each time so just dissolved it in coffee or similar. With these pills it is much easier to take and there is no taste. It’s a great quality supplement.

Just started on these recently so cannot comment of the long-term benefits yet. I have noticed a slight energy boost however in the past week or two. It is recommended to take for 21 days for optimal results so will keep taking! ;)They are easy to swallow and don't have a strong aftertaste.The included ingredients are vegetable capsule, rice flour, microcrystaline cellulose, magnesium stedrate vegetable grade and silicone dioxide so not too many nasty additives! :)The included 60 capsules will last you for two months so great value at the current price of £16.99 delivered.Would recommend if you want an easy way to take Shilajit and good value at current price of £16.99 for two months supply! :)

These capsules are easy to swallow. These contain a high amount of shilajit to take daily but they do give added heath benefits quite quickly compared to others I've tried. There is no horrible aftertaste at all. Overall I would recommend taking as part of a healthy lifestyle and diet.

The capsules are generally fine and work like other Shilajit capsules; the reason for the lower review is that I felt they had a nasty after taste - it only lasted for a little while after taking a capsule; but since others I've had didn't have that I had to reduce the review.Aside from that - they seem to be pretty standard shilajit capsules.

Claims to have plenty of supplements in the Small capsule, though absolutely no idea whether this product has been approved by any FDA or the NHCC in the UK and therefore hard to confirm the contents are as they claim to be. Have only been taking a week, can’t say I feel any different but it does say to take consecutively for 21 days for optimal results. Reasonably priced in comparison to others.
