The remote control needs to be set before it can be used. Please follow the steps below: 1. With the air heater stopped working, press the up button and keep pressing until the "HFR" appears on the screen. 2. When the "HFR" appears on the screen, press the unlock button on the remote control, and then press the "ok" button. 3. Note: The above steps can only be performed if the air heater is stopped.
