Stretch
I love it. !

Kind of flimsy but not as bad as some others have written.
Not too thinly made. Seems sturdy enough. A but clunky to use but still works will enough to get a good stretch.

Could be a great product- but not there yet
I have been debating on getting one of these for a while. I have been surprised to see the cost of them considering the pretty simple-appearing design. I will say, it is a nice and sturdy tool- the metal is pretty much the same stuff that is used for the frames in all of the DIY furniture that is popular nowadays. The padded pieces are nicely cushioned. My biggest complaint at the thin little pieces of metal that are used for the adjustment notches. These are the silver buttons that you push down to slide the pieces to the length you need. The are just flimsy strips of metal with the button on one end that are folded, but not creased and slipped into the hollow tubing. They rely on their own tension to pop back through the holes in the bar to lock in place. The problem is that the flimsy pieces were stuck in crooked and will not pop up on their own. I tried to fish them out, but I really couldn't get them to stay lined up properly so that they would pop up. I ended up putting them in backwards so I could control them better to get them to pop up so that they will lock in place, but this is not ideal because they will not be easy to adjust as needed. My other minor complaint is that there is a card enclosed with only a QR code, no URL you can type in without scanning the QR code. It says it's for directions on how to use the product, but it's just a 40 second or so YouTube video showing how to put the pieces together, which is pretty self-explanatory. Overall, it could be a great product, but it's a bit of a let down as-is.

Good for Stretching the Groin Area
This stretcher comes with no instructions on how to use it. They provide a code you can scan with your phone that gives you a video on how to assemble it, but I did not find that necessary as it is pretty easy and intuitive to put together. I wish the company included instructions on how to use their product. I did a YouTube search for "3 bar leg stretcher" and fortunately several videos came up for similar products that show you how to use it. It is a pretty well-made piece of equipment. Once you figure out how to use it, it is effective at getting a good stretch in the groin area. When I first started using it, I would just pull back on the middle handle with my hands to engage the stretch. It comes with a nice strap that you can wrap around the middle handle and your waste and then you just lean back to engage the stretch. Now that I've started using the strap, I like it better than pulling the middle handle with my arms. it is not because I feel like I am getting a better stretch, it is because it gives me a way to measure progression. I have to cinch the strap down more now than when I originally started so I know the device is working and I am more limber than I used to be.

Somewhat tricky to get used to
It was definitely a learning curve trying to use this thing at first, but it has made my life a lot easier when trying to work on my horizontal split when my husband's not home. I've been able to get a bit farther on my own with it. It feels like a weird puzzle when you first assemble it, and it feels like a torture device until you're used to the stretch. Definitely worth it for anyone needing an extra set of hands without hands when working out at home.

Well made; simple, effective design... NO instructions.
My wife requested this to help stretching when her legs were feeling stiff. The design is simple, and easy to use, but it is completely devoid of instructions. There is a sheet with a link to a video that only demonstrates how to put the parts together, but is of no use in terms of how to actually use it; we got more information about that from the photos of the listing. Once you figure it out, it is simple and effective, but it would have been nice to get a bit more information. Recommended, overall, with that one warning about the instructions.

Simple device, time will tell how well it works
So I got this device and gave it a shot. And you definitely can feel the stretching. It's definitely "know your own body so you don't hurt yourself" which I'm okay with as an adult. If you're getting this for a kid, make sure you supervise them. I think the build of it is pretty good. So as a concept it's 5/5, but to really know if it works takes a lot more time.
