This supplement has exceeded my expectations. After just a couple of weeks of use, I noticed a clear boost in my energy levels and focus. Does not work like they are promoting. Waist of money. Pills too big. Not a value at all. No noticed energy level increase or fine lines dissappear. Used for 5 month no change. Rip off.

I’m all about a supplement! Pop them in your mouth, take a sip, and go on about your day knowing you did something for future you. I love it. My TikTok algorithm, of course, did its thing and ad after ad popped up about NAD+. I mean the celebrities were taking it and raving about it and doctors were backing it up.BUT!!! NAD+ is too large and unstable to be absorbed efficiently through the digestive system. The precursors to NAD+, NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) is smaller and can more effectively absorbed. That is backed by research and is proven with results. That’s great because this supplement has NR… just a very small amount compared to the massive amount of NAD+ that simply cannot be absorbed. We’re talking 200mg vs. 1800mg, for what?Basically, get a NAD+ supplement that focuses more on the precursors of NAD+, because the 1800mg boasted about, is basically filler. The liposomal aspect has not been backed by research. I had to look it up, to be honest, the buzz words originally got me. Basically liposomal NAD+ is NAD+ surrounded by lipids or fats to protect it from the digestive system’s acids. That still does not address the fact that your body can’t absorb it. One other little fact I came across while reading some research studies on NAD+ is that the results take some time. And I’m talking about objective initial NAD+ levels in the body before taking supplements and after AT LEAST 3 months - 6 months.It’s a marketing scam backed by actual science, just not the whole story.With all that being said I do actually like the company. But the marketing aspect made me respect them a little less

I have felt very good since I drank them. First of all, I like them in my stomach and that's a great advance, they keep my energy level high and it has helped me stay focused on the things I do, stay more focused. Good product!!
