Huge Time Saver
This thing was awesome. Got it to build a fence around 2 acres for the dogs. Dug 80 post holes without issue. Did 50 on day. So much faster and worth the money for the time savings.

Works great!
Tough piece of equipment. I've gone through some pretty substantial roots and clay and this auger holds its own. I'd say things auger well for my future post digging projects (forgive the pun, too easy to resist).

Worked great on my eskimo stingray
I recently started to build a deck on my home that needed a total of 12 holes, 36 inches deep. This dirt blade worked great, the eskimo powerhead had plenty of of power and, thankfully, the transmission held up fine. I went into the project dreading the first day when I would start the holes. It was still a lot of work and had to use a digging bar and post hole digger for larger rocks I came across, but the dirt auger saved me a ton of time and work. My only advice, is if you need to go any deeper than 25 or 30 inches, get the extension. Also keep in mind that i was fully expecting to ruin my eskimo powerhead, because i recently purchased one that attaches to my power drill, but it held up just fine.

Well made
Great auger , we did most of our fence without issue ( we are still waiting for the rest of our fencing materials to finish the rest) very well made!

Missing the pin to connect auger to motor
We attempted to put the auger together but the pin that connects the auger to the powerhead motor was missing. Please let me know how I can obtain this item?

Great labor saving tool
This tool saved the day for me this spring. I injured my shoulder and dreaded manually digging holes. My son and I used this 8 inch bit to drill holes for planting small trees. We already had the earth auger drill. It worked wonderfully in early March.

Glad I purchased
Purchased this Eartquake 8 inch bit to replace the 6 inch stock bit that came with my Harbor Freight Auger. So glad I did. The bit has a spring on it to absorb shock when hitting something hard. Kept me from breaking a wrist. Secret to it was cleaning off the bit after each hole we dug. Very important to make sure the tip of the bit is not clogged up with red clay and dirt so it will bite into the ground. Held up very well.
