Great! If you need red light it’s great for post surgery! It will s very easy to use. The cord is long enough so I can lay down plug it in and this is just on top of me. It’s not heavy at all. It does help with inflammation.

I have been using this for awhile. It works well and is very easy to use. It might help with superficial pain. I used it on an ankle problem and it helped. Do not expect it to suddenly make everything better. The best use for red light therapy, as best I can tell, is to reduce fat anywhere in your body. I have used it to reduce belly fat and it works but again, don’t expect miracles. You will not get immediately skinny. Good product but it only allows 20-30 minutes of use. Need to be able to stay on for as long as needed. Good for minor pain that 20 minutes is sufficient. Not for major injuries that require extensive use.
