A proper Pokémon twist on Monopoly
We played this rather than keeping it as a collectable, and it offers more than simply replacing the usual Monopoly properties with Pokémon names. Travelling around the board and catching wild Pokémon gives the familiar formula a more distinctive theme, while the character tokens and colourful presentation should appeal immediately to Pokémon fans. It still retains the competitive and occasionally lengthy nature of traditional Monopoly, but the added Pokémon elements help keep the game interesting. A fun version of Monopoly that works particularly well for families or groups who already enjoy Pokémon.
