This product was great. It felt like a real baseball and the seams felt real. It lit up with no problem and was perfect catching at night. It was really easy to see and throw curveballs with. The only thing that is not the best is durability against harder surfaces. I made a bad throw with it and it hit the concrete and got some bad scratches. So I recommend to use on the softer surfaces like grass. Other than that its durability is great. I highly recommend this product.

So much fun! My kid loves it!! It was a little confusing getting the battery in but totally worth it and I will be getting these as birthday gifts for his friends.

I bought this as a gift for my son and wasn’t sure how long the novelty would last, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. He asks to play catch with it often. After the first night, he wanted to take it back outside the very next evening, and then again later in the week, which doesn’t usually happen with toys that are only fun once. We love that it lights up every time we throw it, and I like that it feels solid and safe to play with. It doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and nothing has loosened or stopped working so far. It’s also been an easy way to get him outside and moving in the evenings without any convincing (even in the cold!), which has been the biggest win for us.

Worked great for about 10min and then just stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still doesnt light up.

I don't know what I expected..? It's not like baseball hard but concrete hard.. it's weight is good.. but turning it on and off is a pain in the butt and it's not as easy as following the instructions because sometimes it has to be hit quite hard to trigger the light? I had higher hopes.. it's a cool concept but not great quality..

We bought the previous model last year and this year's is significantly brighter. It holds up very well and is a blast for kids and adults to play catch with in the dark.
