swor Sauer Vinegar Powder, 15 Ounce

This was potent! Super fresh, vibrant taste and strong smell. I will have this powder for years because the container is huge. I love to sprinkle this on potatoes, chicken wings, and popcorn!

I’ve never used this before. I had seen it on America’s test kitchen and thought I’d try it. It’s wonderful on french fries made in the air fryer.

Delicious! We use these on home-fries for that amazing vinegar kick without sogging the potatoes so they stay nice and crispy!

I love vinegar. I add it to everything - soups, dumplings, snacks. Even “Salt and vinegar” chips are always my favorite. That’s why I decided to try a powdered vinegar: I wanted an easy way to add that flavor to my food and snacks. This brand seemed great in terms of price and value, so I gave it a try. The only thing that disappointed me a bit is that the flavor wasn’t as strong as I expected. To really taste the vinegar, I had to add a pretty large amount of powder. To be fair, this might just be because I’m used to the intensity of liquid vinegar and thought the powder would be just as concentrated. But for anyone expecting the same strong punch, that’s the main reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

Great stuff, sprinkle some on fries (chips) or anything else you want a bit of vinegar on.
